HOD - Process (Manager)

Category: Managers

Profile: To head the process department & be responsible for complete plant operations to produce best quality of sugar by achieving the efficiency norms. Location: Plant site. Qualifications: BSc with ANSI / AVSI (Sugar Technology). Experience: 15-20 years (with 3-5 years as Chief Chemist). Age: 35-40 years.

Associate Manager - Process

Category: Managers

Profile: Overall responsibility of handling process department in shifts during crushing season. Responsible for clearing & testing of process equipments during off-season, O & M of the process department, quick decision - making skills during emergency situations & to minimize process down time. Location: Plant site. Qualification: BSc with ANSI / AVSI (Sugar Technology). Experience: 4-6 years. Age: 25-35 years.

Pan Staff

Category: Operators

Profile: To take care of pan boiling in the process section during shifts in the crushing season. To take care of clearing testing & overhauling of all the equipment in pan station in the off season. Knowledge on Pan Boiling techniques & skills. Location: Plant Site. Qualifications: Sugar Pan Boiling certificate from NSI / VSI. Experience: 8-19 years. Age: 25-30 years.

Manager - Project Planning and Co-ordination (2 Positions)

Category: Project Management

Profile: The incumbent has a Management responsibility in Planning & assisting the Project Management team & co-ordinate with external & internal Stakeholders for timely completion of project both in terms of cost & time. Location: Bangalore. Qualifications: BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical, Management qualification will be an added advantage. Experience: 10-12 years of experience, out of which 5 years in Project Planning & Co-ordination in a Process / Engineering Organization. Age: Maximum 40 years.
