Programmer Analyst

As a Programmer Analyst, you must have 4 to 6 years of relevant software experience in a reputed IT organization. Your responsibilities would include managing sub-teams in a project or a small project team (schedule, allocate and monitor tasks), and focusing on technical issues, coding & and configuration to ensure delivery of a module / project. Experience in handling small teams, requirements analysis, design and business process knowledge is required.
