Desktop Support Engineer / Sys Admin

The candidate should ideally a Diploma / BSc / BE or any graduate. Preferably completed MCP / MCSE certifications. Should have 1 to 4 years experience, have good communication skills, attitude, customer oriented, willing to learn and able upgrade the skills on demand of the industry. Openings: 5. Experience: 1-4 yrs. Qualification: Diploma / BSc / BE or any graduate. Preferences: Positions are based at Bangalore and Hyderabad. Skills: It is an On-site support Job. (Resident Engineer). Good working knowledge on Basic Hardware, Windows 2000 Prof / Server. Install, Config & Troubleshoot of OS/Antivirus/Applications/Mail Management software. Install & configure application like SQL/Oracle is an added advantage. Should be able to handle routine LAN (TCP/IP) trouble shooting calls. Good at troubleshooting in mailing application. (Outlook, MS-outlook), ADS, on desdtop environment is a must. Having work on exposure on any remote administration tools will be added advantage. Server Engineer

The candidate should ideally a Diploma / BSc / BE or graduate. Preferably completed MCP/MCSE certifications. Should have 3 to 6 years experience. Should have good communication skills, attitude & customer driven. He should be a team worker and leader. Openings: 5. Experience: 3-6 yrs. Qualification: Diploma / BSc / BE or graduate. Preferences: Positions are based at Bangalore and Hyderabad. Skills: It is a Level2 position. This position also needs people handling skills. Should be good sys admin with expertise on Windows / Solaris / Linux (any of the OS as core competency / or multiple OS skills). Strong basics on DNS, DHCP, and backup strategies, ADS are a must. Need to respond to call escalation processes and management. Space availability. Weekly LAN performance, N/W uptime/ downtime reports. Vendor & User response reporting Log/statement of failures during the month. Server Performance monitoring, and fine-tuning is most desired. Need to be good coordinator.

This position opens with expertise on MS-Exchange, Lotus notes and Send mail etc. applications at various level (L1, L2/L3).
