Job Description: The job involves IC test development using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). Will do tasks such as development of test plan/strategy, test program, design & implement the test circuits and load boards, for both water level sort and final device testing of Analog, Digital and Mixed Signal ICs, breakdown maintenance of ATE, IC test handler and water prober, involve in failure/rejection analysis and closely work with water fab, design & application development and customers for technical and testing issues of the IC. Qualification: First Class in BE/BTech in Electronics & Communication/Electronics Engineering. MTech in Electronics & Communication/Electronics/Instrumentation and Controls is preferable. Experience: The candidate should have worked for a minimum of sic years in IC testing and have good expertise in the following fields. However this period can be relaxd for exceptionaly good candidates. * Must have worked and be fully conversant with LTX77, AXIOM STS3000 ATEs. Work experience with other ATEs will be an added advantage. * Testing of digital logic ICs, PROM, Analog ASICs for space & defence, Linear ICs-OPAMPS, Comparators, Voltage Regulators and ICs for Telecom, Automotive, Audio, Video TV & Industrial applications. * Good analytical capability of electronic circuits and maintenance knowledge of ATE, IC test handlers and Water prober. Porgramming skills in Basic, Pascal & C and using OS-UNIX and Windows NT. Upper Age Limit: 35 years of age as on 01.03.2006 (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Govt Guidelines.
