Project Manager

BE/BTech with 10-12 years' experience in managing Civil Engineering projects for townships, apartments, hotels, resorts etc. Must be thorough in all areas of construction like execution, monitoing, billing, quality assurance, safety assurance, MIS reorts, etc. Must possess excellent leadership qualities so as to lead a team of engineers for delivering projects on time.

BTech with 8-10 years' experience in designing residential & commercial projects. Should be well-versed in Indian standards. Must be thorough in Stadpro.

Manager - Planning and Scheduling

BE/BTech with 8-10 years' experience in planning, scheduling, budgetary control and over all control of projects. Job profile includes resource planning and ability to complete projects as per time schedule. Must be fully conversant with engineering design, construction methods, purchase procedures, quality & safety standards. Must be computer literate and have sufficient knowledge of MS Project.

Manager - Billing and Work Order

BE/BTech with 8-10 years' experience. Job profile will include billing, work orders, quality & timely delivery of projects. Must be conversant in engineering design and construction methods, purchase procedures, quality and safety standards. Must be computer literate and have sufficient knowledge of MS Project.
