Skills and experience: * Ability to set strategic direction, lead through change and manage with care and consistency. * Ability to manage finances to ensure financial sustainability by identifying sources of fund, management of grant contracts. * Ability to create an inclusive and equitable working environment with a focus on gender and disabiity equality, knowledge of deisability issues and impact of poverty on people's daily lives. * Experience of managing one large project with an NGO. Education and training: Graduate/post-graduate qualification. The level of experience required indicates that he/she is between 35 to 55 years. Language proficiency: Fluent in English and one South Indian language, preferably Kannada, excellent written and oral communication skills with experience of writing complex reports and proposals.
