BMC Remedy

Category: Information Technology

Strong customisation, installation and configuration experience in BMC Remedy ITSM 7.x or earlier versions. Experience in ARS and one more module of BMC-ITSM/Rwemedy is mandatory.

Identity and Access Management

Category: Information Technology

Strong application development / support experience in any one of the following iderntity and Access Management suites: IBM Tivoli, Sun JES, Oracle, CA, BMC and Courion.

Server and Storage

Category: Information Technology

Experience in server and storage consolidation / assessments, server/storage/data centre consolidation business case and assessments, server platform design, server/storage/application migration design and implementation.

Networking

Category: IT - Network Administration

Experience in planning, designing and implementation of VoIP, Unified Communication, Call Manager and IPCC, CCVP, CCNP, CCIE (R&S or Voice), TDMA-EPABX to VoIP migration experience.
