Telecom Support Engineer / Specialist

Category: Technical Support

Location: Pune, Chennai. * 2-6 years of experience in enterprise telephony environment, supporting PABX, Voice Mail, ACD and Audio Conference systems, preferably on Nortel * Conversant with configuration of various PABX features including voice mail provisioning, extension mobility and hunt groups, ACD, auto-attendant, etc. * Hands-on experience in configuring call center systems, VACD, vectoring, agent groups, Reach Line Card (RLC), Remote Office Solutlions * Hands-on experience in generating various PABX / ACD reports.
