Sr Manager - Client Operations

CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance or equivalent. 8 to 10 years relevant experience out of which 4-5 years should be in Business Analysis & Reporting / Accounting. KRA: Directory responsible for meeting the assigned cleint/s service levels / goals / objectives. Plans, coordinates, and manages activities of the client operations in order to achieve a fine balance between process effectiveness correct resolution, speed of resolution, quality and customer satisfaction) and process efficiency (attendance, attrition, service levels), Process Migration, Create SOP doucment, create an environment that motivates high performance and supports the loyalty and retention of our employees, create sound workforce scheduling and staffing plans, recruitment plan, quality assurance plan, incentive plan, identify job training & development needs for team, develop internal application/systems to track and report daily KPIs to management Reports to Operations Director.
