A sharp eye for details and stickler for perfection is MUST. Must be passionate about exceeding client expectations. KRA: Hands on designer. Manager and coach the design team in designing websites, borchures, logos, stationery, image editing, trade show displays, data conversion and e-publishing for our high end international clients. Design and oversee print and electronic production of company ads, banners, marketing collecteral, fliers, presentations, branded packagig and internal and external PR communications. Manage and design YL eServcies website. Develop internal applications / systems. Certified Black Belt / Green Belt. Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction with international clients. KRA: Lead Greeen Belt training certification and ISO 90001, develop and implements a unified strategy integrating quality with training, process migration, develop plansto meet training and development needs in the entire organization through internal and external training, manage process training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary. Develop organisational assessment methods and measurement systems. Establish and implement ncessary communication strategy for improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments.
