Graduate with min 2-3 years experience recruiting for every level to mid level positions in a BPO. Strong computer skills and senstivity to confidential matters are must. Must be willing to travel extensively all over India. KRA: Screen calls, scan resumes, schedule interviews, conduct pre-employment ests and reference checks, research the internet to locate portential job candidates, place employment advertisements. Assist with planning new employee coordination meeting, complete communication materials and maintain candidate databse records. Prepare reports and trends. Reports to Sr Manager - HR, Admin & WFM.

Sr Executive - Employee Relations

Graduates with min 2-3 years experience in employee relations. Strong computer skills and sensitivity to confidential matters are must. KRA: Lead the employee relations function and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures. Develop employee relations poliocies. Handle orientation and paperwork for new hires. Perform internal audits and take appropriate action to correct any employee relations issues. manage dispute resolution procedures. Maintain employee database records. Reports to Sr Manager - HR, Admin & WFM.

Executive Assistant

BBA/MBA or equivalent degree. 4-6 yrs experience preferred. Highly organised and skilled individual with a very solid secretarial experience with excellent commercial, communication and coordination skills, advanced MS office and outstanding internet research ability, fast and accurate typing speed. KRA: Document management, travel arrangements, reports and presentations. Field / route calls, relay messages, mail management, manage lobby, direct visitors appropriately. Reports to Operations Director or as directed.
