Systems Engineer

BE/BSc(Comp)/MCA with MCSE certificaton. 1-3 years relevant experience. Experience on HP Servers, thin clients, desktops & Exchange Server preferred.

BE/BSc (Comp)/MCA or equivalent degree. 4-6 years relevant experience. Creativity, graphic design, good illustration, layout skills, good communication skills and problem solving ability is essential. Knowledge of JavaScript, VB Script, ASP, PHP, Active X Data Objects, Flash, HTML, CSS, DHTML, XHTML, XML, SEO is MUST. KRA: Design, program, modify, develop and implement software-programming applications and web pages. Write code and complete programming and testing of systems and applications. Reports to Sr Creative Designer.

SQL Database Programmer

BE/BTech/MTech or equivalent degree. 2-4 years relevant experience in designing, programming and implementing new databses on MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005. Experience in developing Billing. HR, CRM, Datawarehousing applications is preferred. KRA: Design advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, scripts, cursors. Create, maintain, modify, and optimize SQL Server databases. Lead data conversion and date migration projects. Manage database performance, capacity, replication, backup and security Reports to Sr Engineer - Systems or Sr Manager - IT.

Sr Manager - HR, Admin and WF

Category: Human Resources

MBA in HR or equivalent degree. 8-10 years relevant experience. Typically you head the HR function in a small organization or are Level 3 in a large organisatio. The position requires interaction with international clients. Excellent communication and presentation skills are must. KRA: Process Migration, Manage HR & Admin activities and administer policies accoridng to executive level direction. Develop programs and policies. Manage, monitor and control compensation & benefits, employee relations, staffing, facilities function, work force management function, safety, labor relations and employment records. Develop internal applications/systems. Reports to Operations Director.
