As a Project Manager you must have 6 to 9 years of relevant software experience in a reputed IT organization. You should be able to initiate projects, estimate effort, evaluate high level design and architecture, and execute project assingments. Programmer Analysts

As a Programmer Analyst you must have 4 to 6 years of experience in a reputed IT organization. Your responsibilities would include managing sub-teams in a project or a small project tream (schedule, allocate and monitor tasks), and focusing on technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery of a module project. Experience in handling small teams, requirements analysis, design and business process knowledge is required.
