Service Support Representatives - Voice

This is a call centre job requiring basic call taking experience. Service Support Representatives will obtain information, ensure accurate product identification and proper call management systems. They will interface with clients, service delivery units, immediate management and other team members to ensure an accurate service request is routed to the appropriate service provider. Call taking/communication capability being the same, peo;e with knowledge of computers and MCP technical certification will be considered for technical support.
