As a Project Manager you must have 6 to 9 years of relevant software experience in a reputed IT organization. You should be able to initiate projects, estimate effort, evaluate high level design and architecture, and execute project assignments. Programmer Analyst

Your responsibilities would include managing sub-teams in a project or a small project team (schedule, allocate and monitor tasks), and focusing on technical issues, coding and configuraiton to ensure delivery of a module / project. Experience in handling small teams, requirements analysis, design and business process knowledge is required.
