Job Profile: As a Sr Architect, you'll play a vital role in the overall success of a project. Your task begins with the feasibility study of a project, analysing the project requirements and preparing conceptual sketches & drawings. You'll be assisting the Director - Architecture in getting approvals / sanctions from statutory bodies/government agencies. You'll ensure preparation & checking of working drawings & details. Visit the site periodically to ensure the correctness & quality of construction. You'll also ensure preparation of 'as built' drawings and maintain proper documents. To add to that, you will be assigning jobs to Architects/Jr Architects. | Architect (5-10 yrs exp)Category: Architecture Qualification: * BArch *ACAD/Revit. Addl Requirements: * Experience in preparing design development & detailed drawings for large-scale residential/commercial complexes. Job Profile: You'll offer concrete support to the Sr Architect in conceptualisation, desing development & detailing stages for establishing design layouts and detail drawings. You'll prepare drawing schedules, supervise design details & maintain project integration (architectural, structural & service integration). You will be responsibl for checking sanction drawings/other relevant drawings and working on-site. You will also ensure that buildings are executed as per drawings & monitor works in progress along with meeting Project Managers at the site to coordinate the job.
| Jr Architect (0-5 yrs exp)Category: Architecture Qualifications: * BArch * ACAD/Revit. Addl Requirements: * If experienced, should have been a part of the team responsible for development of drawings for residential/commercial complexes. Job Profile: You will be responsible for preparation of presentation drawings, sanction drawings, working drawings & 'as built' drawings. You will also periodically visit the site for monitoring progress and ensure correct implementation of drawings/details on site. | Interior Designer (0-5 yrs exp)Category: Interior Design Qualifications: * BArch/Bachelors degree in Interiors * ACAD * Knowledge of Photoshop/3DS Max/PowerPoint is preferred. Addl Requirements: * Must have experience in designing and handling interiors of large-scale resiential/commercial/institutional/hospitality buildings * Should have sound knowledge of various and new materials available in the market and be well acquainted with their applications. Job Profile: You will be responsible for preparing schematic proposals, presentation drawings, working drawings & supporting the team in completing the given task within the stipulated time.
