CRM Siebel Development

Category: IT - ERP/CRM

* Experienc in implementation & configuration of Siebel Tools including Call Center CTI, EIM, EAI, e-scripts, Actuate reports with expertise in architecture and design of Siebel solutions.

System Administration Siebel

Category: IT - Systems/EDP/MIS

* Exposure to AIX & Windows Operating System * Knowledge of Siebel 7.7 x Production Administration including Siebel Gateway and Application servers on Oracle, Resonate, Actuate Report server, Siebel batch components EAI Interface.

J2EE Enterprise Application Integration

Category: Information Technology

* Experience in WebSphere MQ (both client and server implementations) * Good understanding of integration products (especially MQ v5+, Message Broker v5+, Application Server v5+), XML and associated technologies (particularly XSD, DTD, XSLT, Java XML libraries eg: xerces) * Knowledge of SOA/ESB concepts and experience in similar industry.

System Administration IBM MQ Series

Category: IT - Systems/EDP/MIS

* Experience in administration and applications development/Technical support experience with MQSeries/MQSI/MQ Clustering in a Unix (AIX and Solaris) and Windows environment * Experience in supporting enterprise business critical messaging through a high availability hub and spoke MQSI/MQSeries architecture which exploits MQSeries clustering and queue sharing.
