Depending on experience and inclination one could choose: * To manage one or more FLCBs (Full Life Cycle Leadership roles) * Functional Specialist (SME) in Compensation & Benefits, Recruitments, Performance Management,Diversity Enhancement,l Reengineering & Automation and Retention Management. * A generalist HR role (aligned to a SBU facilitating institutionalization of HR processes as FLCL/Team Lead/Team Member). Natural people orientation and a business leade mindset is a minimum expectation. Experience and excellence in defining Transformation (Innovation and Out-of-the-box thinking) while not losing sight of challenges in converting them into actions(Execution Excellence) is necessary. Academic credentials and pedigree will be an added advantage. Noteworthy industry experience of 3 years or more is essential. Initial posting will be in any of the major cities in India, followed by International assignment based on performance.
