Stress Analysis Engineer

Category: Engineering

Qualifications: Engineers with 1-2 years of Gas Turbine/Steam trubine or related experience in Automotive, Nuclear or Power generation equipment industries with emphasis on medium and large structure finite element stress analysis (Linear and Non Linear analysis) using ANSYS and UG Modeling. Desired: * Specialization in Machine design * Exposure in Fatigue, Fracture Mechanics, Structural Dynamics Analysis Job Responsibilities: Perform Finite Element Stress Analysis to support the conceptual/preliminary/detailed design of systems and sub-systems of power generation equipment like GT/ST/Generators/Wind Turbines, etc.

Flow/Heat Transfer/Aerodynamics/Combustion Engineer

Qualifications: * Engineers with specialization in Fluid Dynamics/Thermal/Aero/Energy with 2-4 years of experience in applying CFD/Heat Transfer/Combustion/Aero techniques to Industrial/Research problems. * Ability to use CFX/FLUENT/STAR-CD/PATRAN/PThermal and ICEM-CFD Meshing * Sound knowledge of Heat Transfer & Flow, Combustion calculations. Desired: Working knowledge of Heat Transfer fundamentals. Job Responsibilities: * Perform CFDSimulations for Gas Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor,Air / Steam flow (primary/secondary) path, Combustor, Enclosures & Ventilation systems * Assist in specific design and performance prediction work for Oil & Gas equipment, Thermal & Ventilation systems using 1-D, 2-D and 3-D analysis/design tools * Perform basic flow and heat transfer calculations for Wing Tower Systems.

Gas Turbine Conceptual Design Engineer

Qualifications: * BS Engineering degree with 1-5 years gas turbine Cycle / Performance experience * Sound knowledge of Cycle/Performance analysis and overall gas turbine systems to conceive and gather ideas that after potential for enhanced performance, operability, emissions, cost and value. Desired: * Knowledge/experience in aerodynamics, heat tansfer, flow analysis. Expertise in UG, ANSYS and aero/thermal tools * Coding experience with NPSS or C++ * Advanced Technical degree. Job Responsibilities: Develop component models suitable for conceptual design of Gas Turbines. Create and execute GT models, perform DoEs and optimization.

Analysis Tools Engineer

BTech/MTech/ME in Mechanical/Thermal/Aerospace Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in the following: * Numerical methodologies for Stress/Life Estimation, FEM, ANSYS, tcl/tk C++, Ufunc * C/C++/Java, sound knowledge in Geometry, G, Ufunc * Sound knowledge in Aero Dynamics, Fortran90, Scripting * G, ICEM-Tetra, CFX, Knowledge in Aero CFD.
