The focus area for this position is Open Programmes in the Executive Education Programme Office, Primary responsibilities include business development and client relationship management, proposal generation, client presentations and strategy development & deployment. The ideal candidate will have proven market, sales, and business development skills and experience (preferably selling executive education programmes / products or a learning / consulting services), relationship management, business development and interpersonal skills. Applicants with a Bachelor's degree and preferably a Master's degree with at least 10 years of previous experience will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the business education / services sector.

Senior Manager, Development

Will develop and execute a comprehensive master plan for the institute fund raising programme, reporting to the Director and working closely with the Deans and other functionaries. The function involves framing and sustaining an on-going corporate relations programme for IMB and effective networking with potential donors in India and abroad. Planning, execution, management, communication skills and individual drive are essential attributes. Candidates with prior in advocacy, business development, or industry association with global scope of activity will be given preference.

Senior Manager, Career Development Services

The Office of Career Development Services CDS is the first point of contact for organizations wishing to recruit from IIMB and manages all recruitment related activities for its long duration programmes. Key job responsibilities include coordination of placement activities for students of long duration programmes, contacting and building strong working relationships with prospective employers, and estimating recruiting trends and needs and working with the student community to facilitate on-campus placement procedures including interviews. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or post graduate with senior level experience in the corporate sector. Experience of managing recruitments and/or an MBA from a good B-school is desirable. He/she should be able to independently interact with top managers from the corporate sector, be a good team player and be comfortable working with students. An understanding of the MBA recruitment scenario in India will be advantageous. Strong Communication skills, both oral and written, are a must.

Consultant, Legal & Goverment Relations

Will liaise with government, and handle legal affairs and vendor relations, reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and working with administrative heads of departments. The candidate should have significance experience with legal affairs including preparing briefs and advising management. He or she will be Graduate or Post Graduate in Law from a reputed Institute or University, have experience of over 5 years in a legal department in an organization of a similar nature.
