Job Profile
Candidate should have expertise in 3D CAD preferably Solid Works 2010
Knowledge on Design of Ball Valves-Trunnion/Floating type knowledge of ASME / API /DIN material specification
Knowledge in Control Valve / Ball Valve Standards like API 6D, 6A will be an added advantage.
Must be conversant with GD&T and drafting Std ANSI Y 14.5
Job Description
Designing Control Value / Ball Value components as per order / Customer specifications
Creating 3D Models & Drawings as per in house / International standards
Quality checks of the data created and maintain it as per standards
Creation and review of technical specification.
Implementation of technical modifications.
Communication with Business units for technical queries and feedback
Ball Value Selection for different fluids, casting design, Machining and assembly preparation.
