Research Technologist - ThermoplasticsCategory: Research & Development Qualification: * BTech / MTech / MSc in Polymer Science / Engineering or Plastic Technology. Knowledge & Experience Skill set: * 2 to 5 years experience in plastic industry with exclusive focus and hands on experience on processing and testing of thermoplastics (with latest test equipment). Prior experience in equipment commissioning, developing new test method will be an advantage. * Good IQ, computing, and communication skills. Preference: * Experience in a research / plastic processing organization * Good equipment knowledge and experience on testing for Auto-compliance * Hands-on experience on twin screw extrusion for compounding. Responsibility: * To plan and execute laboratory testing projects ensuring data integrity * Calibration & preventive maintenance and SQC of vital equipments and other activities linked to laboratory operation with proper safety.
