Zonal ManagerCategory: Retail Qualification: PG from Top B School or BSc (Ag) or other PG with relevant experience in managerial role. Experience: 8 to 10 years in Agri related industry, Retailing or Trade Sales. Job Profile: * A leadership position with strong emphasis on drive for results, sales innovation & people management * Responsible for the Profitability of the zone comprising 60+ rural retail stores * Responsible for achieving storewise & categorywise topline, bottomline & contributions. * Guide Area Managers & Store teams to achieve targets * Customer relationship management to customer walk-ins. * Demand forecasting & sales & stock planning for the zone. * Handle trade channel sales for the zone.
