Experience: 5 - 10 Years Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore Compensation: Rupees 20,00,000 - 35,00,000 Education: UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required Industry Type: Defence/ Government Role: Client Servicing/Key Account Mgr Desired Candidate Profile Position Responsibilities: Sales activities – (pre and post sales) o Creates and performs sales demos to match company’s products with identified customer needs o Present technical concepts in clear and meaningful manner o Provide guidance to sales-support reps when necessary o Provide technical assessment on customer program/issues – define product mix required to meet customer needs o Develop or coordinate development of product prototypes for prospects/customers o Perform post sale consulting as necessary o Remains knowledgeable on all its product lines o Supports the Sales process by providing timely and accurate updates to ONYX regarding prospect/customer interaction and pertinent information to facilitate the advancement of the sales opportunity o Follow-up on WEB demo requests o Understand ways company products/services differ from competitors o Work with Regional sales manager to determine up-sell opportunities o Alerts prospects/customers of new or improved products o Relays prospect/customer feedback to HQ o Actively requests referrals Team Activities o Provide training to resellers/prospects/customers as required o Assist on preparing proposals or requirement reviews when necessary o Maintain ONYX sales incident o Support sales process with technical con-calls and questions o Provide input during forecast o Help team to understand necessary technical information about the product Strategic Activities o Create reusable scenarios, scripts, and presentations to contribute to internal technical resources o Understand Territory layout o Support Corporate and local marketing events (trade shows, seminars, Users groups, etc.) o When needed help customers develop scenarios, presentations, etc to ensure customer success o Contact key customers on a regular bases to ensure customer satisfaction o Present at professional conferences when necessary o Provide useful technical feedback to Product Management to help shape the future of the software o Participate in System Engineering meetings o Understand Market Segment opportunities Skill Requirements: • Minimum 5 years aerospace engineering environment, preferably in high-tech and/or government industry • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Minimum Bachelors degree (equivalent), prefer in technology-related degree • Familiarity with company product line • Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and presentation skills required • Experience in technical sales support preferred. • Experience with STK preferred • Demonstrated understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and excellent negotiation and “closing” skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environment Job Description Reports to: System Engineer, reports to the International Sales Manager for day to day activities and will coordinate with the Systems Engineering Manager for technical guidance. Based in Bangalore, India. General Purpose : Responsible for generating revenue and revenue growth through partners by performing direct product demonstrations, supporting product applications with customers and providing training as needed. Must be ready, willing and able to answer questions and demo complete line of Companies technology solutions. Should be able to answer reseller/prospects/customers detailed product questions. Assess customer needs/requirements and provide technical recommendations. Develop and expand technical relationship with resellers as well as prospect/customer. Often responsible to assist in complex and difficult sales. Requires minimal supervision and complex problem solving. Assists International Account Executives in devising territory plans and strategies. Job requires extensive travel.
