Housed at Tesco HSC, Tesco Maintenance provides maintenance services to over 2,500 Tesco stores worldwide for field team, contract management, escalation management, finance, personnel and payroll. Tesco Maintenance Services is the new addition to the services offered by Tesco Hindustan Service Centre (HSC) to Tesco Stores globally. Team Lead - Technical Maintenance ProcessCategory: Maintenance Engineering or Diploma Graduates with 4 to 5 years experience in managing technical support teams / Experience in refrigeration and HVAC (Heating Verification and Air Conditioning) industry will be preferred / Excellent communication and people management skills / Proven track record in managing teams / Strong interpersonal skills / Experience in BPO environment is desirable / Willingness to work in shifts.
