QS / Commercial

Category: Engineering

Ability to handle all measurements and contractual matters of clients / sub contractors, ascertaining / verification of bill of quantities, preparation of bills and rate analysis, familiarity with material /labour prices, MIS and wastage monitoring, experience in budget / cost analysis. Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3+ years experience.

Exposure to the procurement process including subcontract agreements, material procurement and expediting apart from experience in Procurement / Stores of all building materials. Familiarity in ERP systems shall be preferred. Engineering / Commerce graduate. Diploma in Material Management will be an added advantage.

Safety

Category: Maintenance

Implementation of EHS plan at sites and should be able to develop training modules for site and office working staff / workmen. Ability to coordinate with contractors and conduct audits and follow up thereof is necessary. Relevant experience in safety of high-rise buildings is desirable. Diploma in Safety with 2-3 years relevant experience. IOSH / BEBOSH / OSHA qualifications are desirable.
