Business Partner HR

Based across India and the globe, the Business Partner HR Team at Infosys performs the roles of strategic business partner, employer champion and change agent. You would lead the HR function of a Business Unit to establish, manage and develop HR in alignment with the units business strategy, within the frame work of the organization's philosophy, objectives and policies. In addition to providing people solutions, you would design, deploy and measure effective talent acquisition, engagement, development and retention practices for the unit, while leading a team of HR professionals across locations to achieve the objectives.

In this role you will be responsible for policy formulation, program management, designing & administering incentive plans, designing benefits framework, and creating and crafting the compensation and benefits philosophy of the organization.
