Product Design Engineers

7-12 years of experience in product design with at least four years of experience in Automotive/ Off-highway equipment leading a team for product design and new product development. Candidates should have hands-on experience in 3D design using tools like ProE, UG, etc and conversant with sheet metal design techniques and production processes. Candidates should be exposed to the complete product development process, good in interpreting the requirements, making design calculations and aid the team in taking design decisions. Experience in Engine Integration with the vehicle to include design of engine mounts, transmission modification, selection of cooling system, exhaust and air intake system with knowledge of exhaust emission regulations, exposure to electrical and hydraulic systems will be an added advantage. Candidates with 9-12 years of experience would be considered for project management roles.They should have exposure to the design lifecycle of a product along with experience in leading teams and managing all the aspects of project management. Qualification: BE / BTech / ME / MTech (Mechanical /Automotive). Note: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience of working abroad and exposure to global engineering environment would be an advantage.

Structural Analysis Lead Engineers (Ansys / Hypermesh / Ansys Workbench / Abaqus)

5-9 years of experience in structural analysis of heavy machinery / aerospace / automotive components. Candidates should be conversant with one or more areas in the following analysis: static, dynamic, non-linear involving contracts, large deformation. Functional knowledge of heavy machinery, experience in structural fatigue,l usage of FE-SAFE will be considered as an added advantage. Candidates should be good at understanding / converting the design requirements into FEA methodology, interpreting FEA results to support design decisions and suggest solutions. Qualification: BE / BTech / ME / MTech (Mechanical / Aero / Automotive / Industrial). Note: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience of working abroad and exposure to global engineering environment would be an advantage.

Technical Publication Engineer (Authoring / Illustration)

Category: Engineering

3-9 years of experience in Technical writing / illustration for heavy machinery / aerospace / automotive. Candidates should be conversant with engineering drawings, interpret the operation / functions of the machinery, operator manual / parts catalog. Hands-on experience in Heavy Machinery will be an added advantage. Candidates should have hands-on experience on publication tools like Framemaker, Isodraw, Adobe Illustrator, etc. Candidates with 7-9 years of experience will be considered for lead positions. Candidates experienced with technical authoring in German language will be considered for onsite liaison roles. Qualification: BE / BTech (Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial / Electrical). Note: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience of working abroad and exposure to global engineering environment would be an advantage.
