Desired Profile: Qualifications & Experience
* Engineering in CS or any other discipline, MS in Computer Science with specialization in language runtimes, testing tools. * 10+ years of work experience with 5+ years leading or architecting a testing framework or a major project. * First hand work experience in software testing (white box), support or performance benchmarking. * Experience in Code Generation Tools, Language Parsers, IDE, Security and Language Runtimes. * Exposure to testing methodologies, techniques and tools.
* Experience in C, Java, C++, Perl, Python languages. * Knowledge of RSS Feeds, XML RPCs, REST/SOAP interfaces and Semantic Web. Desirable
* Process-oriented & Customer-focused.* Pragmatic, analytical, and adept at prioritization and trade-off. * Flexible, confident, and enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced environment and multiplexing amongst multiple tasks and wearing multiple hats. * Prior startup experience desired
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
