Job Description: Informatica is looking for a highly motivated individual committed to leading a team in the development and delivery of enterprise web solutions to support our Sales, Support and Marketing organizations. You will be responsible for building and growing an IT Applications team and establishing and maintaining positive business relationships throughout the business community and IT. In turn, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading-edge IT organization with top quality people focused on customer satisfaction, execution and delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile: Primary Responsibilities:
? Providing management for the Application development team including; SharePoint, .net and classic ASP based applications. ? Hiring, developing and managing a strong team to support the Marketing, Support and Sales Applications. ? Leading IT projects to support the Sales, Marketing and Support organizations. ? Establishing and maintaining successful relationships with your customers and the US based IT teams. ? Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives with Bangalore and US based teams. ? Ensuring adherence to Informatica IT guidelines, standards, methodologies and frameworks
? Negotiate contracts with technology vendors on behalf of Informatica IT and your customers. Required Skills:
? Minimum of 8 years management experience leading an IT Application team. ? Minimum of 5 years experience managing Web Application teams. ? Familiarity with Microsoft web solutions; SharePoint Portal. ? Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
? Demonstrated track record of delivering projects in scope, on-time, and within budget. ? Demonstrated experience working effectively with a US based organization
? Strong inter-personal skills, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills. ? Demonstrated management and leadership skills; hiring, developing and growing a successful resulted oriented team. ? Demonstrated ability to build sound relationships and communicate expectations with users, team members and management. Desired Skills: ? Familiarity with Enterprise Search technologies. ?
