Digital Mock Up: Tools Development

Category: Aerospace/Aviation

Responsibility: Develop CAD / Simulation interface tools in the aircraft Digital Mock Up for supporting Engineering studies. Domain expertise required: Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineer preferably with a Masters Degree, Software architecture / concepts, PDM / PLM concepts. Technology expertise required: strong expertise in CATIA V5, CAA or CATIA, CAD/CAE link object-oriented language (C++). Exposure to electrical harness module in CATIA V5 will be an added value. Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant, professional experience out of which a minimum of 3 years should have been spend on design and execution of projects using CATIA V5 CAA. Digital Mock Up: Electric Harness & Equipment Design

Responsibility: Perform 3D Verification & Safety Studies using Digital Mock Up for supporting Engineering design. Domain expertise required: Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineer preferably with a Masters Degree. Technology expertise required: Strong expertise in Solid and Surface Modeling in CATIA V5, Proven ability to perform clash analysis and Space Analysis using Digital Mockup, Strong exposure to enterprise PDM / PLM solution like Windchill with the ability to retrieve parts and an in-depth understanding of various standard workflow processes in PDM / PLM, Strong Expertise in the usage of CATIA V5 electrical Design modules, Exposure to the Equipment and systems design modules in CATIA V5, Exposure to customization of CATIA V5 using CATScripts & Visual Basic. Systems Simulation

Category: Aerospace/Aviation

Responsibility: Develop, validate, maintain and deploy Cabin Integration Platform encompassing Oxygen System models, Doors and Slides Control System models as well as respective cabin / cargo / air and transverse interfacing systems models. Domain expertise required: Systems / Avionics Engineer preferably with a Masters Degree with experience on Aircraft Cabin Systems, Software and integration. Technology expertise required: Good knowledge of aircraft overall architecture and systems. Simulation environment for embedded systems, real time systems and integration skills. Knowledge of modeling and code generation tools like MATLAB / Simulink / RTW. Knowledge of avionics protocols (AFDX, ARINC 429), programming language (C, JAVA, Python), Unix / Windows / Linux environment. Knowledge of Hardware / Software in the loop simulation.
