Published On: 02/09/2009 Project Manager Category: Project Management Qualification & Experience: * Bachelors / Masters Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute. * 15 years experience in Project Management with last 5 year in senior position handling independent projects. * Experience in Engineering and Construction of Conventional, Combined Cycle and Super Critical Power Plants. * Exhaustive knowledge of Large Size Power Plant Equipments like Turbine, Boiler, Balance of Plant. * Strong background in handling Technical, Commercial & Contract related matters with Vendors, Consultants & Engineering Departments. * Conversant with Industry Standard schedule control procedure and methods. * Knowledge of field construction activities and report generation. * Experience in preparing tender documents & tender evaluations. Knowledge in MS Project, Primavera software and similar Project Management tools. * Selected candidates will be placed in Faridabad and will be traveling to Japan and other areas in India as and when required. Desirable for the above position: Exposure to International Projects. Experience in EPC Companies. Exposure to International Codes, Standards, Rules and Regulations. Team work & good communication skills are mandatory requirements.
