The Incumbent should be an ACS with 2 years of work experience in secretarial services and legal matters. The candidate shall be responsible for ensuring legal, regulatory & statutory compliances under Company Law RBI and FDI matters and filing of returns / forms / resolutions. This position is under the requirement of Sec 383A of the Companies Act, 1956. Location: Bangalore, Karnataka. Compensation will be decided based on local conditions and the candidate's abilities.
