The Data Architect position is a technical, hands-on role. You will undertake Data Analysis and Data Model Development initiatives within the Data Services Group. (2) Competencies – Technical / Functional and Managerial
The ideal candidate will have experience in the conceptual, logical, and physical modeling of the Enterprise Data Warehouse / Data Mart environments and providing technical guidance to other resources, managing projects on a global basis, and have experienced in a variety of software development concepts and practices for complex n-tier, service-oriented development environment.

· Experience with Siebel CTMS a plus
· A minimum of 6 to 7 years of relevant technical experience as Data Architect with focus on the elements required to manage all aspects of data and information (both structured and unstructured) from business requirements to logical and physical design.
· In-depth experience conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling
· Must perform data discovery/quality analysis and architect a solution based upon customer requirements
· Solid understanding of service oriented architectures, application frameworks and system integration methods
Working knowledge of development and software design on J2EE platforms
· Must have excellent project management and problem solving skills
· Experience with full lifecycle development projects, and Agile methodologies
· Familiarity with emerging technologies and software development best practices, particularly related to Enterprise Data Development
· Demonstrated abilities to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
The Data Architect will have a strong level of experience in the following:
· Development experience with Oracle database technologies
· Responsible for the analysis, design, and development of database structures for an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
· Responsible for the conceptual, logical, and physical modeling of the Enterprise Data Warehouse / Data Mart environments
· Should have a strong background in structured systems and data analysis and be able to identify and define data sourcing, business rules, and transformation logic for next phases of the project
· Demonstrated skills interviewing key corporate stakeholders for information requirements and business rules.
· Expertise in relational database design (normalized and dimensional) and full data warehouse development lifecycle experience from data acquisition to report/data delivery.
· Experience in management of complex data architecture and data management projects
· should have advanced expertise in PL/SQL and stored procedure programming, data modeling Erwin case tools and Oracle DB
· Good understanding of Oracle database, Oracle features and architecture
· Experience with Siebel CTMS a plus
· Working knowledge of Data Quality Management practices using commercially available tools
· Familiarity with Data Governance Concepts and Processes
· Enterprise Data Integration experience leading EAI and/or ETL tools and OLAP tools
· Familiarity with Master Data Management concepts
