Process Planning (5 Axis Mill Turn)

Category: Engineering

Age Profile: 30 years. Should have experience in programming, tooling & operations of 5 axis multitasking CNC machines like Intergrex & mill turn centers. Should have knowledge of tool holders, cutting toools, machining process and design / manfuacturing of Jigs & Fixtures with software packages on CAM, CAD, MS Office & ERP.

Design

Category: Engineering

Age Profile: 35 years. Should have knowledge in Design of Steam / Condensing Turbine, starting from conceptualizing to designing. Should possess experience in Softwares like design modification, reengineering jobs of old turbines up to 40/50 MW. Knowledge / experience of GAS turbine refurbishing preferred. Knowledge of Manufacturing and Assembly practics is an added advantage.

Marketing - Refurbishing / Spares

Category: Marketing

Age Profile: 30-45 years. Should have sound knowledge of steam turbines / condensing systems of various types of turbines. Should have handled steam path calculations, design modification, reengineering jobs of old turbines upto 40/50 MW. Should possess excellent leadership quality and analytical skill.

Projects

Category: Project Management

Age Profile: 25-35 years. Should have experience in Projects Management in handling turnkey projects preferably medium type power projects and possess excellent communication, monitoring, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Should have thorough knowledge on commercial aspects of Contracts, forecasting and risk management, computer literacy in projects monitoring tools like MS Projects/Primavera and SAP (ERP Systems).
