Making systematic checks of all administrative issues (eg expenses, capital etc). Verifying that all financial and economical performances are in line with budget. Use of budgeting tools like Khalix. * Annual statutory financial statements and tax returns. Interaction with auditors & tax authorities * Monitoring of outsourced payroll system, advising HR and employees on aspects such as employee taxation, benefits etc. * Monitoring company assets to proper use and accounting, reviewing and approval of all monthly closing entries * ensuring internal control requirements are followed, procedures are documented, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements are complied with * Experience of working in a recognized multinational organization would be an advantage.
