Vice President / General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Category: Accounting

Shall be CA / ICWA with 15-20 years experience of which minimum 5 years as Head of Finance and Accounts division, of any large infrastructure development and construction organization with in-depth exposure in commercial accounting, budget & cost control, direct & indirect taxation, working capital management and accounts consolidation functions. (Candidates with lesser years of experience will be considered for middle and junior level positions).

General Manager - Legal & Corporate

Shall be a Law Graduate with preferred engineering background with 10-15 years experience in Legal, Contractual and Arbitration matters in construction related industry. Needs to possess good drafting and analytical skills and have expertise in vetting of various project concessions, joint venture agreements and other corporate agreements.
