The ideal incumbent should be a Pharma / Science graduate with MBA and having an overall experience of 8-10 years of which 2-3 years should be in leading a team of Product Managers in a MNC or Large Indian Company. The position reports to the VP - Sales & Marketing and will have the responsibility of leading a team of GPMs, PMs & PEs in evolving creative marketing and brand strategies that will help in achieving organizational growth objectives. Identification and launching of new products through market research on regular basis will be a critical part of the position.
